My approach to healing

I strive to first create a safe and collaborative working relationship with you. Together we will gently hold your experiences with consent, compassion, care, and safety. We will explore stories and narratives of who you are, connection to your body, and relational patterns in your life. In sessions, this may look like being curious about sensations and feelings in the body, leaning into edges of discomfort, and exploring different parts of yourself and identity. As we work together, I hope that you will build more compassion and acceptance for yourself, while tapping into your innate resiliencies and strengths.

I use an integrative approach that is based on the needs of each client. This often includes a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, & narrative therapy. I am queer-affirming and embrace a feminist and multicultural lens. I love supporting folks around LGBTQ identity development, body image concerns, anxiety & depression, and healing trauma.
